🌕 4th Moon | The Pink Moon
13 Moon Journal Club
Welcome to the fourth moon in our 13 Moon Journal Club.
In the Northern Hemisphere, spring begins to stir. Even if the snow is still kissing the earth where you are, the shift is happening — subtle, yet alive.
Take a moment today to look outside with a warm tea, or if you can, step barefoot onto the land. Whisper your secrets. Sing your longings. Call the energy upward. Entice the dormant life to rise again.
And as it is in nature, so it is within you.Let your body feel what is beginning to move. Let your heart notice the gentle urge to open. For me, it’s been the call to womb movements, slow snake-like spirals through my spine. There’s something ready to rise — not with force, but with feeling.
🌸 The Pink Moon: A Time of Subtle Awakening

The Pink Moon is named after wild moss pink (creeping phlox), one of the first flowers to bloom in spring. It spreads low across the ground, painting the earth in soft pink — resilient, grounded, and tender.
This year’s Pink Moon is also a Micromoon, meaning it’s at its farthest point from Earth.
Its energy is soft, spacious, and inward. Unlike the bold Supermoon, this one doesn’t shout.
It invites stillness, and offers clarity through quiet reflection.
This is the kind of moon that reminds us: You are allowed to begin again, gently. Healing doesn't have to be loud. Growth happens in whispers too.

✨ Energetic Quote for the Pink Moon
“This moon is a soft rising—a quiet pull of energy from the roots to the heart. It speaks of renewal without force,of rebirth through breath,of love unfolding in the smallest of ways. Blossoming, even in stillness. Compassion meeting courage. This is the season of heart awakening."
🌀 Pink Moon Journal Prompts
What part of me is slowly waking from winter?
What am I curious about right now?
Where am I being invited to soften?
What does heart-opening feel like in my body?
How can I nourish myself with gentleness this season?
What beauty exists around me that I might be missing?
🔥 Ritual: Heart-Opening Womb Breath & Flower Offering
You will need:
A candle
A bowl of warm water or flower petals
A flower (fresh or dried)
Optional: soft music, scarf for wrapping your womb
1. Prepare your space. Light a candle. Sit in a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. Place your flower or bowl of petals in front of you.
2. Breathe into your womb. Place your hands over your womb space. Begin to breathe slowly in and out. As you inhale, imagine drawing the energy of the earth up into your body.As you exhale, soften your belly and heart.
3. Heart-womb connection. Bring one hand to your heart and one to your womb. Imagine a thread connecting them. What message does your heart want to send to your womb? What message does your womb want to send back?
4. Offer your flower. Hold your flower or petals and whisper a prayer or intention into them. Place them in the bowl or on the earth as an offering of gratitude for your own quiet blooming.
5. Close with gratitude. Thank the earth, the moon, your body, and your guides. Blow out the candle and rest in the stillness.
This moon doesn’t demand your attention. She invites it.
Let yourself be held in the subtle. Let softness lead.Let curiosity return. Let love bloom low to the earth and rise gently through your spine.
