Welcome,

Let's explore the energies of the Waning Half Moon | April 20–21, 2025

2:35am UK | 9:35am Indonesia | 6:35pm (April 20) PST.

Before we do, I'd love to invite you to our FREE online gathering. We will share a guided meditation, moments to reflect, and an opportunity to share if that feels good. RSVP below:

Ok, let's go.....

We will be arriving at the Waning Half Moon, also known as the Last Quarter or Third Quarter Moon.

The moon's light is fading, guiding us gently into the darkness. This is a threshold moment, a quiet invitation into release, refinement, and return.

This phase is often overlooked, but it carries a vital medicine: The art of letting go without rushing to fill the space.

It’s the pause after the bloom, the moment you feel the whisper—“This doesn’t need to come with me.”

🌗 The Energy of the Waning Moon

This is your time to:

  • Declutter, both within and around you.

  • Donate, shed, or clear what no longer supports your wellbeing.

  • Observe what’s left behind after the brightness of the Full Moon fades.

  • Make space—not just physically, but energetically, emotionally, mentally.

This is not about striving or proving. It’s about simplifying to make space for what’s real.

Think of it as spring cleaning for the soul.

  • What no longer feels true, nourishing, or alive?

  • What patterns were illuminated during the Full Moon that now need to be laid down gently and consciously, to become compost for your future?

🌀 Sidereal Astrology — Real-Time Sky Wisdom

Unlike tropical astrology, sidereal astrology reflects the sky as it is right now. If you looked up tonight, you’d see:

  • The Moon in Sagittarius

  • The Sun in Pisces

☀️ Sun in Pisces

The Sun in Pisces draws us inward. Not to escape, but to soften. To find ceremony in our everyday lives. To let go of external noise and sit with the sacredness of being.

This sun placement asks:

  • Can you create space—physically and mentally—to be with yourself?

  • Can you hold a few hours of uninterrupted time to simply listen to your own rhythm?

It doesn’t need to be elaborate. It could be turning your phone off, lighting a candle, preparing food slowly, or journaling at dawn.

This is where the mind can rest, and the heartbeat returns to its rhythm. It’s about trusting the quiet.

🌕 Moon in Sagittarius

The Moon in Sagittarius brings the wisdom of the Centaur—half human, half horse. Eyes focused on the vision, bow drawn, arrow released.

This moon reminds you:

You don’t need to control the direction. The arrow is already tethered to your heart. It knows where it’s going.

This is a time of trust. Of surrender. Of letting your energy move where it’s meant to go, without interference.

Ask yourself:

  • Where am I spending energy trying to direct something that already knows the way?

  • Can I step out of the way and let the fire carry it?

And more tenderly, when you free up this energy, exploring your lightness:

  • When did I last feel true joy?

  • When did I last laugh and feel softness in my body?

  • What helps me drop the walls and come back to flow?

🔥 Ritual: The Spark and the Arrow

You’ll need:

  • A small candle

  • A bowl of salt, earth, or water

  • A slip of paper and pen

Begin:

  1. Light the candle and take three deep, intentional breaths.

  2. On paper, write down one belief, habit, or attachment that feels heavy or outdated.

  3. Fold the paper and place it under the bowl. Say aloud:“I offer this to the fire of transformation. I trust the path unfolding.”

  4. Close your eyes and visualize your inner arrow—drawn back from your heart, released with intention. Watch it move. You don’t need to know where it lands. Just feel the energy of release.

  5. Blow out the candle and sit in the space that opens. Don’t rush to fill it.

✨ Journal Prompts

  • What am I energetically holding onto that no longer serves me?

  • What kind of space do I need to feel more present and clear?

  • Where in my life can I simplify?

  • What does ceremony in daily life look like for me right now?

  • What am I trusting to unfold, without needing to control the outcome?

This moon phase is sacred in its simplicity. You don’t have to force transformation. You only have to make space and let the next wave rise naturally.

Let this be a week of tending. Of releasing.Of trusting the quiet fire in your chest.

Hold the thread. Trust the arrow. Let yourself fall into rhythm.

With love, Danielle
