TOMORROWS EVENT 'Holding space for ways we've self harmed'@Everyone "Self-love is not selfish; you cannot truly love another until you know how to love yourself." I wanted to take a moment to talk about the journey of cultivating self-love. It's a journey that we all embark on, but one that can be difficult at times. It requires us to unravel conditioned beliefs around what it truly means to love and care for ourselves. Our thoughts and actions give us insight into where we are on that journey.
