I was inspired by the 5-day Solstice practice to create a series of playlists that could be used to connect with each element. Each playlist includes music (some instrumentals and some singing or chanting) to lead to a guided meditation and then more music to bring you back to the present. They’re all designed to work with the elemental qualities, physical practices, and reflection questions. There’s a six day included as a final reflection on the nearly week-long process.
