Join us for an evening of tuning into the new moon's energies. This event is designed to help you connect with yourself and the lunar cycle, offering practices to find a balance between your inner and outer world - HEALTHY BOUNDARIES 

• Opening Circle: We'll begin by collectively tuning into how we can call in more moments of self-nourishment.
• Healthy Boundaries Practice: What is preventing you from honoring your TRUTH, how to communicate your needs, and notice when a response is from love or fear?
• Ritual: Please bring a candle, paper, and pen as we participate in a ritual 
• Sharing Circle
• Closing Circle: We'll close our gathering with gratitude and a final moment of reflection.
