• Opening Circle: We'll begin by collectively tuning into how we can call in more moments of self-nourishment.

• Healthy Boundaries Practice: What is preventing you from honoring your TRUTH, how to communicate your needs, and notice when a response is from love or fear?

• Ritual: Please bring a candle, paper, and pen as we participate in a ritual
