Healing within Relationship

Join us for an exploration into the art of healing within relationships, whether romantic or platonic. In this event, we will delve into practices to deepen our connections, navigate boundaries, and create a sense of home within our relationships.

This is a follow on from last weeks circle 'Decolonizing Healing' (recording available), how can we extend that feeling of home to another human? How can we let them in and how can we hold space for their uniquness.

During the circle, we will:

Deepen Into Relationships: Discover techniques to cultivate deeper intimacy and understanding in your relationships.

Recognize Boundary Crossings: Learn how to identify when boundaries have been crossed and explore ways to address and heal these breaches.

Return to Center: Explore mindfulness practices and tools to come back to center when faced with challenges or conflicts in your relationships.

Cultivate Home within Relationships: Discover practices to infuse your relationships with a sense of home, creating a safe and nurturing space where both you and your loved ones can thrive and grow.
